Came to this restaurant with my husband who use to come here in his childhood. He was raving about how good it use to be but we were immediately disappointed with the quantity & quality of the food. We bought 2 mixplates and the only thing visible was the dips!! I cant say i will ever come again!

Flavourful and robust Lebanese food here. No frills place, located in this neighborhood, I expect that it is authentic judging by its popularity.

Food was fine, service was not fine. The kids meal is supposed to have a juice with it. No juice came and I had to go and ask for it. It was handed over with no apology. While getting the juice I asked for some water as they didn't bring any of that either, yet every other table had it. It was handed over with no apology.During our time there not a single table was cleared, so when we left an hour later, all but one table was covered in dishes and leftovers. Hard to recommend.

I had a fond memories of Jasmine Restaurant from when I was a child, we moved to Australia in 1993 and used to always come down to this restaurant to eat dinner, the quantity was amazing the pricing was really good, you got what you paid for, after many years I returned and I can’t tell in words how disappointed I was, $25 for a mixed plate, what happened to the quantity of food? There was very little meat on the mixed platter, the lamb kafta had been made so skinny barely any quantity on it, I have never felt so ripped off before, I don’t mind spending a lot of money on food but for the love of god please give customers what they deserve, I get mixed plates from many different places and the sizing is totally worth it normally but totally disappointed this time. Can’t say I’ll come back to my childhood restaurant unless they give me the quantity I deserve for the amount I’m paying. But still I’ll say all the best to you guys

It was like eating on a bus, except the bus was on fire, and the seats were on fire, and the ground was on fire and the entire surface of the earth was on fire. Funnily enough contradicting this statement the food was not flaming hot. The food tasted warmed up and left out to dry. For having no service at the time we came, the food tasted rushed. I appreciate good Lebanese food and this did not taste up to standard. Although the servers can be nice at times.

Not the same Jasmin restaurant that I know of. Food wasn’t fresh, kafta & lamb was dry & cold, chicken had no flavour, small quantity & you can taste it wasn’t cooked fresh & it’s like they pre heated left overs that’s what it tasted like. Falafel was hard as rock.Rang up to complain & they denied everything we spoke about instead of resolving the issues.Very disappointed & what a disgrace representing Lebanese cuisine.Would not recommend this restaurant to anyone trust me & I love my food.

Definitely not the same Jasmin restaurant. If you don't know Arabic food you may like this but certainly very disappointing. Foul and lamb pieces were terrible. Homus and falafel were OK. But why would you eat here? Traditional breakfast always has tea. Guess what they don't have tea. Obviously not owned by Arabic people. Find a better option guys. In addition decor is so outdated. I should have figured out the poor quality when I noticed it was empty..

You come here for the food. That's clearly this place's greatest strength! The service is alright. It took a bit of time to get my order in, as the team were speaking on the phone with family and school kids were walking in and out of the kitchen. And the service team member clearly does not like his job.The place is clean and well organized. Probably not ideal for a date, or a catch up with a friend. But again, the food is phenomenal.
