After using bag for 2 days fault in leather formed...contacted company to discuss several times with delayed responses .told that it could not possibly be a product fault.Very poor customer service experienced...the delivery of the responses led to further frustration... told a partial refund did not need to be given but they would so “we were happy”.Previous happy customer now not happy... future customer lost!

First the thing I ordered (which was available online) was actually out of stock. They took days to tell me via email. And then cancelled my order. I had to order again, and the whole process took a while. Although they were nice about it, my order which was a gift came super late for my gf’s bday, and the spacing between name and last name initial was so narrow it looked like a whole other word, which was extremely disappointing. Also the cardholder was so tight it literally bent my card to put it in and take it out. >>> Took a while but I’m glad to say Olivia&Co honours their return policy, and they’ve made good on my order. Would therefore order again, this time paying careful attention to what I monogram.

Terrible experience. I ordered a Passport Wallet 3.5 months ago which arrived with several clear faults. After sending 3 enquiries on 3 different platforms I finally received a response. From here onwards it has been a nightmare trying to get any help. I have had to follow up the customer service representative several times with many of my emails and queries going unanswered or only answered after several weeks of follow up. I still haven't received a replacement, refund or any resolution and keep receiving false promises. I am currently being ignored with a faulty product and am out of pocket as a result. Extremely disappointing and frustrating.

The passport holder itself isnt bad quality but the personalised stamping is terrible. Looks very cheap. I would not recommend.

Ordered almost a month ago and paid for express shipping, I've yet to recieve anything. When i asked for a refund on the express shipping, the owner refused. I understand that we're currently facing a pandemic but why continue to offer express shipping if you cant guarantee on time delivery? Very poor customer service. Will not be ordering again.

Risky purchase. Ordered two mini bags in November. One was fine the other had scratches have emailed and Facebook messaged multiple times. They keep saying one has been sent as a replacement it has been two months. No one has replied to email. Very poor service and quality control.

Paid for express postage and received the item fast. Black leather was of a high quality but not premium leather; however, for the price paid its relative. Unfortunately the custom embossing was not great. No sharp edging to the lettering and the rose gold ink I requested was flaking out of the bag. The end result just looked cheap and rushed. As a store whose primary product is monogramming its a little disappointing. Also only showing the 5 star reviews on your website is super deceiving considering I left a 3 star one and it doesn't show.

While the Bag itself is nice it arrived with multiple black marks and what looks like make up inside of one of the compartments. This was a gift for a 21st so I'm really unhappy and was hoping for an exchange. However the company didn't reply to my messages.Terrible customer service and terrible quality control. I'm not sure how a company that takes the time to personalise an item doesn't check an item before sending it.

I ordered express post on Monday and it is still in Sydney on a Friday afternoon. I won't receive the package until next week now so asked for a refund on the express postage paid.. this prompted them to stop replying to me all together and I have not been able to get in touch with anyone from the company for two days now. I also sent a facebook message asking for a phone number (there isn't a public office number) which was left on read. After spending over $1,500 with Olivia & Co all up as a customer I would've expected at the very least an email response from the company.Update: I received an email and facebook response 3 days after posting this review. They offered to refund the cost of express shipping as well as 10% of the product price for the miscommunication (All deliveries are delayed up to 2 days due to COVID). There was a lack of customer service and communication throughout the purchase, however I appreciate getting some kind of acknowledgement for what happened eventually.
