Girls or older women like me, should not expect gentlemenly service from this business. I was watched by the male staff reversing and unhooking the boat trailer as a favour for my husband. Never again

Guy had an attitude problem, to someone who is new to boating. Didnt have patience for us, huffed and puff throughout the process. Very disappointed will go elsewhere next time.

Had a mix up with an online order and one part missing. Sent a note to ask if they could check and got a quick reply and the missing part sent out. Got to expect occaisional mix ups with on line orders but it is the response that makes the difference.Great job guys and hope I can visit the store one day when I am over that way.

Terrible service I had my boat booked in for a service and when I went down to enquire about a part I needed to order i asked about my app to confirm to then be told that my boat wasn't actually booked in for a service on the said date (even though I had the paper he had written it on) he then backtracked and said oh no we have a new 250hp booked in that day and that takes priority" he then went on to say that it couldn't be booked in for a further 2 weeks

Great business for sport fisherman to source the many products associated with their sport... Also Col the resident mechanic is well versed in looking after Mercury outboard motors....

What can I say, this place is amazing. Jim and his team are friendly, knowledgable and really looked after us. It was no surprise to learn many boaters even travel from interstate to have their engines maintained by Manning River Marine. We even travelled 3 hours each way to have our boat serviced. Speaks volumes about the quality of work, the trust and the loyalty Jim and his team have built up over the years. I should also mention my partner and I also stock up on fishing gear as Jim has tackle that we can't find anywhere else. One stop shop as they say. Cannot recommend Manning River Marine enough.
