Where do I start!?I don’t think I’ve ever come across a more unprofessional business.They can’t seem to diagnose faults which result in them just randomly replacing parts that “may” be the issue.That’s fine if they have the parts in stock but they don’t. So every time they have order and you have to bring the car back not just once or twice but several times….. and they still don’t find the fault.They say they will call you when parts arrive but never do.The reception is grotty and the staff are clueless.There’s no care or responsibility here.Your car comes back with dirty sticky fingerprints everywhere.Went in with one issue and came out with extra issues.Do yourself a favour and stay well clear of John McGrath Isuzu. Drive that extra mile to Cooma or Mossvale.

Liam in the sales team was awesome to work with and got my partner and I into the car we wanted. I would not recommend their finance team, I did not enjoy the experience.

This dealership had this review deleted so I am reposting. Unfortunately I have had my Kia serviced by this dealer and now need to change my review. The sales department is fantastic but the service department and general manager are awful. I gave 2-3 weeks notice to get my first service and requested to have the oil and filter changed even though it's not required and agreed to pay for this. This was confirmed once by phone before the service and again when I dropped the vehicle off. When I returned to pick up the vehicle I was told the oil and filter had been changed and was changed for it but I then noticed that the invoice said the filter had not been changed as none were in stock. What's the point of changing the oil if you don't change this filter? They didn't call me to ask what I wanted them to do they just decided to bill me for it and hope I didn't notice. When I spoke to the general manager about this I was told if you don't like the way we do business don't come back"."

I note from the mire reviews that nothing has changed. Rudeness. Denial and no responsibility. I will never again recommend any dealership within the John Ncgrsth auto group.The dealership has been providing warranty of up to ten years. Do not be mislead. What the dealership is providing is s conditional mechanical protection plan: not worth the paper it is written on.When will this dealership cease its misleading and deceptive conduct?

Had exactly what I was looking for and were able to facilitate a fast turnaround for pick-up.Edryan made sure the very simple purchase process was quick, straightforward and at pickup walked me through all the features before I left the lot.

I was interested in purchasing a used car, the salesman couldn't answer my basic questions about the vehicle. Then after a test drive he was very insistent that l purchase the car. I won't be pushed into making rash decisions quickly. No sale

Get my car serviced here, always been accommodating and well priced.The courtesy car could do with a clean and detail once in a while considering on how much it is used by patrons.

Think Service Don’t think John McGrath. Was able to negotiate a great price. But extremely poor customer service. More interested in other customers. Spent little time with me on the handover and features of the car and did not mention anything about the MG App. They told me they had too many cars to deliver today, not sure how that was my problem I booked in weeks ago. They do not know anything about the EV stick requirements. Told me if they did not know then it was not true. Had to show them the legislation. I advised them I would not accept the car as it was not road worthy, as it did not come with the EV compliance stickers. Then I was advised that I could get it myself, they finally caved in and purchased them, to get me off the car lot.

Excellent experience!! From the beginning to the end the staff were very helpful and took care of all U needed. Edryan Lopez and Claudia Banfield need special mention for their help. Edryn was very helpful and excellent in taking extra care of the customer.
