If I could give them a 0 with stars I would.I bought a fridge from them( CHATSWOOD STORE ) , it was delivered damage. Then two week later they delivered a new replacement fridge, that was also indented on the side. I emailed them with pictures and I still haven't heard back from them. I requested a invoice to be updated with the new delivery date on it for the warranty to start on the day I received it. I got that 3days after from Mike in a unprofessional email that was rudely written in capital letters.I had bought a lot of major items from business spending thousands of dollars as a regular customer. They don't care about you as customer. They don't communicate with you correctly or not at all.Don't buy from them.. now I'm buying all my other major items from Havery Norman instead now. I'm going to have to take action with NCAT as this seem to be my only choice to say it's enough.. It's really has upset me and made me really angry.. It's take a lot to make me angry..Again don't shop with them.
