Great place to buy good quality furniture, prices are also very good when they have a sale going on. I really like the new store, lots more space and good variety on display.Staff are very helpful and courteous.

Great store FANTASTIC STAFF!! The current manager Brendan I think?... January 2021 and Di were so lovely and helpful I was going to purchase one thing I spent $3,000 but love the products, so well priced compared to other stores selling similar or exact same product s. Truely great staff .

What a terrific shop, went in for look, ended up with the one of the wonderful staff helping take all the purchases to the car. However… it gets hot in Albury, very very HOT! The shop has been without A/C for a long while apparently, and it’s just not nice inside. Hey HQ, you need to do better here, we’d have spent lots more if the shop was not so hot inside. C’mon guys…

The worst customer service ever in The Auburn store. They took down my post regarding the service. They delivered wrong product and the service promised , delivery and installation not done. Received the product on 11th January 2020, called Auburn store and was told by the manager Fatima that I need to call customer service. Customer service only opens Monday- Friday. This is worst customer service. I did not buy on the internet but came to the store and made the order in store and was shown the product. What they delivered was of different colour and the delivery man said they do not install. I have been cheated. I want my full refund. Hopefully the management will do the right thing as promised on their website.Thank you

We ordered a queen bedroom suite that was due to be delivered to the store. We received an email that all contents were available to be collected.Upon arrival to collect my partner was told that the bedside units were not there with the order and it would take another week to arrive. We were in the process of moving so it was an inconvenience for us to collect later that following week.I then sent an email to customer service regarding my disappointment. 4 days later still no response. Won't be shipping here again. Have dealt with companies that are far more efficient, that are also apologetic when something like this would happen and would want to keep the customers loyalty.
