Jack Style Thai Restaurant
We were here for a little break and felt like Thai. Unfortunately I think they Australianize it, as it is not like Thai fresh food that you get in Thailand or in some great restaurants we go to regularly.It was not bad it was just very saucy and heavy. I would give it 3.5 stars for food but 5 for friendliness and service.

Oh my god, 5:30pm booking table for 4 adults and 2 children. Ordered entrees by about 6pm. They came out 1 at a time about 20 minutes apart. The last one turned up at about 7:30pm after complaining a few times that we were still waiting for 1 entree. We were told the mains would follow. We got 2 of them just before 8pm. Other people were walking out so we decided to do the same. They still tried to charge us for everything we ordered even though we didn’t get it. Can’t believe this place can operate like this. Won’t be back.

Excellent service with a very unique ambience. Ordered entrees Crying Tiger, Tom yum soup prawns and mains Green Curry Chicken and Pad Kee Mao. Food was good except for the soup which was a bit salty. The waitress was nice enough to bring a cup of boiling water (not sure how she did it but am really grateful) to make it less salty. Other than that, definitely worth a visit.

Jack Style Thai Restaurant
Wonderful food and superb staff. We felt welcome and at home in Jack Style. The staff were delightful with our kids and made sure we were well taken care of throughout the experience. The decorative touches on the drinks and presentation of all the dishes, including down to the steamed rice, was really special. The food itself is made with fresh ingredients - we know because the flavour just bursts through! Can recommend to anyone who loves Thai food. Enjoy!

Been working on the road works in front of the shop. Most nicest people. They’re always bringing drinks lollies even lunch free of charge. Haven’t ever been to a job site where the locals are so friendly and helping. Will definitely be bringing the family and friends to this wonderful restraint in future. With there amazing tasting food :)

Satay stir fry and pineapple fried rice was delicious! The lemon, lime and bitters was huge! Unfortunately the steamed fish was very fishy tasting, and drowning in sauce. 3/4 of us couldn’t eat it, which was a shame.

These guys are lucky to even get a star, I'd give zero if I could after their performance tonight.We attended the restaurant on a TUESDAY at 5.30pm. Our entrees all came out at different times. We were at the restaurant for 2 hours before we received our last of 5 entree's which we ordered within 20 minutes of being seated. 2 hours waiting for an entree is atrocious...We were told our mains were ready before we had even received all of our entrees. When we requested our mains be brought out, we waited a further 40 minutes and in that time we received only 3 main meals.We were then requested to pay over $200.Whilst we were there, we watched several tables of two leave after waiting over half an hour to be even offered a drink.This restaurant is an absolute disgrace. I definitely don't recommend this place to anyone. I'm disgusted at the service and absolutely appalled that they had the hide to then charge us over $200 when half of us didn't even have the chance to eat.Don't waste your time here.Bowral Thai up the road is great.

Our belly is happy, your food is so yummy! Thank you for welcoming our furry friend as well and giving him some water! You are such lovely people. Our family enjoyed our dinner!
