Much more than a bookkeeper. Jo was so helpful, she had one on one meetings with me when she set up Xero (and patiently explained it all!). Since then (2014) my business has grown but I still rely heavily on the initial and ongoing assistance she provides me and the efficient and functional way she set up my accounting all those yeas ago has really ensured day to day operations run smoothly! An excellent bookkeeper and wealth of knowledge for a small business owner, I can't imagine what a mess I would be in without her help : )
