The care-givers here are amazing! I have had a wonderful lady go the extra mile for my daughter more than twice, another one taken special care to ensure she feels safe and comfortable. The kids get to run a muck -so they love it! Little ones can be intimidates by the older kids, and place is well loved, but that is expected in this industry. All the staff work incredibly hard.

Management and office Staff (not carers) are rude and not solution driven. Everything that occurs is the parents fault. No assistance with their computer systems, issues with billing or with booking. They have a corner of the market where we need their service and they know it. Their motto should be the customer is always wrong and deserves to be treated like garbage"."
