Old grey haired Pharmacist, Paul was abusive, rude and a passive aggressive bully.When I asked him what the problem was, he became sarcastic and took away my medication.I'm a cancer patient with severe anxiety. When he realised that his assumption was incorrect he did apologise, although id already burst into tears and cried in the carpark for 30 mins until I could drive. He abused his power as a pharmacist.

Was absolutely shocked by the treatment from pharmacist Paul. How rude and the manner he used to speak to me and that in front of customers and his staff. I’m a registered nurse and was picking up RAT’s to ensure I’m Covid free before I enter patients houses. Yes, we all have bad days but my oh my that behaviour is so uncalled for.

Last week, I had the misfortune to have an incident with damage to my eye and the assistance that Dannika gave me was so kind and caring. Ringing the specialist and chasing up a lost script, keeping me informed whist I waited. Making sure that I was comfortable during that long wait.Then this week my husband was taken into hospital and I needed to acquire a diabetes blood reading machine. This time it was Seanne who supported me, understood my stress and was incredibly patient and so helpful.To come across two amazing women in stores was incredible but both to be in the same one....a miracle !I cannot praise the actions and customer service given to me highly enough.Therefore, I heartily recommend this pharmacy especially if you are fortunate enough to be looked after by Seanne and Dannika.

went here for dual covid boosters and flu vaccinations; the pharmacist was extremely patient, friendly and gentle with a very anxious and autistic client who was very scared about the injections. both were quick and painless and over with within seconds. thank you very much!

Emily working in the pharmacy has arguably the best customer service we’ve experienced in Australia. An absolute credit to the company, thank you so much.

Only giving a 1 star because I couldn't give zero. The worst pharmacy in the Noosa region. Staff and management are rude, patronizing, unhelpful and lack any knowledge regarding the products they sell. Their prices are a total rip off as well. Customers please be beware!!! ALWAYS ask for a receipt. You will be sorry if you don't. I will never go back there again. Customer service is not their forte. As a Noosaville resident, I am appalled that a business like this can exist in our town in 2023.

Not a good experience. Way more expensive than my usual Brisbane pharmacy (maybe its the Noosa Tax?) and staff need attitude adjustment. Don't go here unless you absolutely must.

Prescriptions here are double the price of other places. Shop around and don’t use this chain. Greedy! How can they charge double when it’s medication?? Even when I showed them the price elsewhere they still wouldn’t reduce and still charged me double the price. I can see below that others have had the same experience. Go somewhere else that charges ethically!

It's been 12 months since I last visited this pharmacy, after I decided not to come back after appalling verbal treatment from the old grey haired pharmacist who publicly grilled me on my level of usage of ventolin inhaler (in public), and then flat out refused to sell me any (I’m an asthmatic, have been for life, and use the inhaler to manage any asthma attacks I have) – FYI it’s an over the counter inhaler for which you don’t need a script for, and effectively the only available treatment needed in case of an asthma attack.I came back in today as I was out of Ventolin and needed a new inhaler, only to find that he’d put a red flag up on my account and they once again refused to sell me asthma treatment unless I provided proof that I was on a preventer – it wasn’t sufficient that I verbally advised staff that I was on a preventer, they refused to sell me any unless I went home and returned with a copy my script to prove it. This is completely unacceptable behaviour, and as I advised staff I’ll be lodging a formal complaint with AHPRA. If I want to discuss my private health concerns, I’ll do so with my GP – not a pharmacist I don’t know in a public forum in front of other shoppers. Likewise I shouldn’t have to provide physical proof that I am on a preventer to purchase over-the-counter medication that I need to assist me should I have an asthma attack (for the record I'm Symbicort, take it every day).

I was very grateful for lovely lady Jennifer who helped me choose right medication for my unwell partner. I only live down the road so this pharmacy is my first go to. Jennifer was very polite and knowledgeable, she is a great listener with wonderful personality. Such a wonderful service. I appreciate that. Thank you Jennifer. Lemsip will sort him out :)
