Continued overcharge to our account with no one available to contact to rectify. Service function also poor with delayed notification alerts. On discussion with others I am informed that this is a South African owned company with many others having similar issues to myself

Great customer service; great product and really great service. We use this product extensively in all our trucks. The service delivery to get a new unit fitted is quick and efficient and we don't have to wait around to get a new truck out working. The reporting portal is simple and easy to use. We are a liquid waste business operating in Sydney, we have the tracking system in most of our vehicles. We have found it to be a very efficient way of tracking our trucks from monitoring speed , driver finish times and also accidents for insurance purposes. It has helped numerous times with transparency with our customers to prove that we were onsite when customers have doubted our services, especially with the added feature of the PTO tracking. I would highly recommend Netstar, their support has been outstanding.
