Pizza Hut Kawana Waters
Tried to leave feedback through the pizza hut website/system, but I never received the code to access the feedback system (why can't I just reference my order number there, who knows).The pizza's were fine, but both of our sides were incorrect, the wrong cheesy potato bites and the wrong sauce on the chicken wings. Pretty disappointing.

Didn't arrive at all.Correct address but gave some poor excuse that will get council parking fines.i am staying at holiday accomodation we have ordered uber eats 4x 4 different drivers had no problem finding reception even came up to the unit.The manager argues with you when you tell him he should not offer delivery when the drivers don't know where they are going !!!!! ID RATE THIS EXPERIENCE AS EXTREMELY POOR IN BOTH SERVICE AND EXCUSES!!!!!

Went in for a late lunch and ordered the mini $3 pizza, which I paid for. Then, a few minutes later, the attendant comes back and says they are out of the $3 base, so I proceeded to pay extra for the $5 base. I was chatting to a man in the store and he mentioned that the same thing happened to him minutes prior... so, why didn't the attendant remember and tell me immediately that they were out of the $3 base?? I have no idea.But anyway, the pizza was cooked fresh and was pretty tasty; I liked how the base is fluffier and a bit crispier than the ones at Dominoes. The cheese and topping were also pretty good. If you need a very cheap lunch and don't want to go to the hassle of a shopping centre, this is a good pick. Store looked clean and fairly modern... Would be nicer with some small tables and chairs out the front for anyone who wants to eat straight away.

Delivery driver got lost between the front gate and my apartment. Buzzed him in the gate but he never turned up at my door yet store manager says pizzas were delivered, they most certainly not! Manager on the day (20/01/23) lied about refund having been processed after consistent phone calls finally received a refund 5 days later.Extremely unethical business practices, I'll not be back

If your lucky enough to actually receive your order you can guarantee its wrong,missing something and just poorly made. My last order included a deep pan cheese pizza. The cheese was only other centre of the pizza. I called the manager and she asked for a photo. She argued with me talking over me saying that was normal. Sorry but it's far from normal. I asked for a replacement and she would only refund it. A week later I'm still waiting for refund. I left a message reminding her of my refund but still nothing.

*edited review in line with owner response*Pizza came 50% crust and that was inedible. So dry and was borderline plastic. The parts that weren’t dry tasteless crust were just grease. Won’t be getting Pizza Hut again that’s for sure. Shame I can’t post the photo of it.Pointless giving me details to contact you on regarding complaint. I already did all that and heard nothing back, hence my review. Don’t pretend you want to fix it because it’s a public comment.

If I could give 0 stars I would.Terrible experience & disgusting service. Preordered and paid for our order 3 hours prior & scheduled it to be delivered at 6.30pm. At 6.45 it still hadn’t arrived so I phoned to shop to be told that our order hasn’t been prepared yet as there are no drivers available. He then said he will have to arrange for UberEats to deliver it to us. It finally arrived at 7.50. This order was preordered and prepaid. This should have all been arranged by the store before hand, as they obviously knew they had no drivers - or at the very least we should have been notified. We won’t be back.Oh and the order was wrong - but that’s a whole other story.

Absolutely disgraceful store. I placed an order through website and realised I had placed it through the wrong store. Call the store immediately but was on hold. Got through about 4 mins after order was placed and cancelled the order. Store staff were rude and have refused to refund the money. They have lied to me I have been through customer service and have now escalated the matter further. The store staff member Raj has tried to blackmail me into leaving a good google review then he would refund my money. Well here you go Raj here is your Google review. 1 star absolutely disgraceful behaviour and disscusting service. I would never go to this store. They deserve to be shut down
