Extreme poor customer service experience.

This guys are awesome. They are very honest and saved me money for my equipment by suggesting workaround. They could have easily sell me new equipment. Good job guys.

Understandably Techbuyer is having issues processing and testing orders during lockdown but despite being short of staff and having a high workload Techbuyer delivered a very necessary part to me for a very reasonable cost and within an acceptable time frame the item being delivered courier express after I followed up with them. It would be great to have more idea of order status and for the 1-5 business day promise to more reflect actual times but I can ignore these things since they came through for me in the end. I will definitely use them again for my server and IT needs! Recommended

Ordered a part from this company last week on a Tuesday, had great help from the rep in the chat window, rep answered my questions and found the part for me. Seemed very knowledgeable. I told them I wanted the part asap, they told me it'll normally take a day or two once paid and sent. Perfect I thought, as soon as the invoice was emailed I paid, got my tracking info few hours after and much to my disappointment, found out they had sent the part via Aus post, unfortunately not even express post just normal post, estimated to arrive 1 and a half weeks later. Tell me how that's a asap postage especially when you pay a premium cost for postage. Didn't take the estimated time thankfully, it arrived the following Monday so almost a week. Safe to say I'm pretty disappointed with how it was sent.

A little caution required - I rang Techbuyer to ensure a part was in stock, which they assured me it was. I placed the order, only to find out 4 days later that the part was shipping from the UK and could take another 10 days to arrive. They made no mention of this when I spoke to them - I naturally assumed I was the parts were already in Australia

At first I was a bit skeptical of the company as it had no reviews that appered to originate in Australia but I soon ordered a pair of X5660's and the next day they where at my door. So far I have only tested 1 out of the two cpu's but so far it is working fine. The cpu's where heavily packaged and in antistatic bags. They have great support on their website.

Just received an item with the incorrect power pack. Making the item unusable. Very disappointed. Not only is the plug significantly larger than the plug required, it also did not come with the power point end of the power pack. This item was required for a project and it cannot be plugged in and powered on.
