Visited the place for a soy chai while I was around the area for work. I was served by a gentleman who took my order and then was greeted by a lady with a name of Anne who made my soy chai who just so polite and lovely. 5 stars for customer service.

Excellent service and great selection of cakes and desserts for all dietary needs. Staff were super helpful and accommodating for my embarrassingly complicated (dietary restricted) coffee order! Will definitely be returning.

The coffee and food is good but when we came in today we were told we can’t order a coffee because they close in 20 minutes & the coffee machine is off. Not good service. You shouldn’t turn it off until you are closed
