Had some good experiences in the past but had such rude treatment this time when we questioned the bad result we had. Charged more than quoted, told us what we asked for was wrong and gave an umtimatum when we offered a solution. Very disappointed.

If I could give a zero star review I absolutely would. This is the worst alteration business in Mandurah if not Western Australia. 4 pairs of brand new jeans were dropped off in perfect condition to be taken up. When dropped off we showed the owner who pinned them an example of what we expected on my husbands jeans he was wearing at the time. Waited 8 days for so called alterations to be done and when picked up we were mortified, the sewing seams are so wonky, extremely thin cotton has been used and old seems not put back on, there is loose bits of cotton at the joins and the pant has been pulled way to much creating lumpy effect at the hem. Went back asked for a refund so we could take them to a professional, met with extreme rudeness and raised voices refusing a refund - insisting we let them fix the problems. There is no way I’d give them a second chance to completely ruin $800 worth of Jeans. I have contacted the owner since the heated discussions at the shop to give her a chance to rectify the situation before I give this honest review and commence legal action, she shouldn’t and will not get away with this again. When I called just now she has yelled at me refusing to take responsibility or accountability and of course refusing the refund then yelled some more and hung up! We have contacted ACCC and now Consumer protection and am undergoing processes for compensation for damages in addition to the refund.We have taken them to the lovely people up the road who are professionals and have got a quote to attempt to save the jeans without being 3/4 pants with another attempt of taking them up.

If there was a lower rating to give then I absolutely would. Not only were the staff and owner extremely rude and abusive when questioned but the workmanship was absolutely awful.We had my neices bridesmaid dress altered, we were told it would be hemmed but all they did was cut the bottom off the dress for $100 and then tell us after the fact that this dress cannot be hemmed due to material.The cutting of the dress was not even a straight line and was extremely jaggered, my 8 year old could have done a better job.If you don't want you clothes ruined and don't want to pay an unreasonable price, stay away from laras seams.

Had a dress for my sisters wedding done there was very over priced as the other bridmaids had more done at another place and was charged less. Also poor customer service was extremely rude to me and l asked to try the dress on to make sure it was good and one of the ladies went on to say, there was no point as there is nothing more they can do for me. I will never go there again

I bought a new sports jacket. Someone at a venue burnt it with a cigarette. I took it here and they did amazing job fixing it for a cheap price! Thank you for great service and skills! I will get my clothes repaired here again!

Very rude when asked question about what type of needle would be needed to sew on my own patches extremely rude words were this is our business and we won't say anything. Poor customer service based on that interaction would never use.
