Went to see what they were like under new management. There were two staff chatting to each other. Neither acknowledged I was in the store. Neither asked if I needed assistance. Very disappointing after excellent service by previous management. BCF is only 100m away...

Phil went above what was expected when I couldn't obtain an item in my own town, not from it being unavailable, but because the staff member wanted it as a private purchase for themselves! I was desperate to buy the item for my sons birthday. Not only did Phil at the Sale store have what I wanted, he also posted it out to my son in Melbourne! I was overwhelmed at his professional customer service, and will happily drive down to his store for any future purchases!! Well Done Mate!!! :D
