I purchased 3 bar stools from them, 1 stools leg broke after a few months but was still under the 1 year warranty. Contacted them to let them know, they said they would replaced it but I never heard from them again after trying numerous times thru email. Never buying from again!

The barstools were as described & of good quality although the cushions could have been larger - overall I would recommend this company

Bought this medium size light for my new build, much better look than I have hoped.Unfortunately a glass tube was dropped and cracked during installation. Called their office on the same day and the replacement they send showed up quickly. They have got some friendly staff, I would say it’s a good experience.

I have had the best shopping experience with Lectory Pty. Ltd.I purchase two beautiful wall lamps which I received on time.I had to ask for extra light glass diffusers for a couple had cracked while screwing them on light bulbs. Contacted Lectory spoke to a lovely customer team member Ayla. She was so very polite and extremely helpful. Arranged extra light bulbs to be sent out straight away. Ayla kept me informed of the delivery update and I was so very happy to have received them practically the next day! Amazing service, great communication and honestly the lamps are really beautiful. They were exactly like the picture on their website and most of all their customer service was excellent. I will definitely purchase again and highly recommend Lectory to family & friends.Thank you Ayla for all your help, so greatly appreciated.

Just moved into our new house and needed some chairs for a tiny tea table to match with the space, the nature timber looks nice but I thought it will be nicer to have need something more eye catchy.I’m so glad that Ayla from Lectory helped us all the way to place this customized backorder even I had only after 4 chairs! That was a bit of wait but they turned up before the tea table and the lounge of course. I bought 5 kitchen bench stools in a single purchase. 5 stools were delivered, but they are from 2 batches, and they look different . Lectory have promised to correct this issue on multiple occasions, but have not done so. Not happy.

Cannot ask for anything more than this beautiful, contemporary, sleek looking dressing table! Seller is extremely helpful, super responsive ! 10/10 shopping experience!!!!!

Love the quality of my chairs, they are stunning and even better in real life. Delivery was fast, very impressed with their service.
