If you are uncomfortable in a certain area, you can ask them to focus on that spot and they will not refuse but will be more attentive and give some professional advice. This makes me feel that this is a responsible shop.

Shop only accepts cash which was an inconvenience, I had to go withdraw money from the ATM.My massage was great but the towel covering me was extremely oily.During this pandemic I would expect towels to be changed with each customer but not at this shop they are reused on each customer.

Very unhappy. I make an appointment. I drive in a long way to see them. I arrive and I am told I now have to wait 45 minutes. It is very very disrespectful. There is no point making appointments...if they are free, they will see you. If you make an appointment and someone else comes then they will just take their money and forget you. The massage itself varies from very poor to very good, depending on the day and the person. They keep asking you to extend the massage which can ruin the experience. It is in a supermarket so you can often have a lot of noise, often babies crying or loud talking, with only a curtain between the four stalls. They charge you more if is your want the health fund and I wonder if that is even legal. The owner is rarely present and the English is generally very poor. This shop really needs some competition. You, the reader, should open a shop, and I will go to your shop instead. Very unhappy.

Very happy with my massage here. The therapist listened to what I had to say and took the time to research what I needed. Although you can tell the store has been in operation for years, the environment is very relaxing.

I never liked to get a massage in a shopping centre, until my husband told me to try Natural Power. Their massage is great, especially yesterday I got one hour full body massage, with hot stones, it was heaven! Highly recommended!

Look, it’s a little hit and miss depending on who you get. I’ve had some amazing massages and some pretty average massages. Having said that, I’ve been a regular customer for four years now so overall it’s worth the experience. There is no need to book an appointment, just rock up and you’ll be right. Be prepared to be asked to pay cash.

Very disappointed. Got the $135 King Massage deal (120 mins) with a friend which was on the flyer they had at the store. It included whole body massage, foot reflexology and detox. Experience was great until they charged us $5 extra because we apparently agreed to a foot massage at an extra cost. Incredibly disappointed with no/poor verbal communication about extra fees which was also not on the flyer. It was only $5, however, didn't receive an apology and there was no sense of understanding.

The world worse massage centre. They charged me $90 for 30 minutes and she just used some plastic toy on me.People do massage for the relax but that was a torture.I been there three times every time I end up with disappointment. I want advice this centre to anyone.

Went for 30 minutes massage, she understood 1 hour and when I realized that she was going out of time I stopped her. She gave me 10 extra minutes and made me pay for it plus she kept talking with the other girls all the time and I couldn't relax at all. There are plenty of better places than that.
