Smart Choice Granny Flats recently completed our Granny flat. We had quotes from numerous builders and we found Smart Choice Granny flats handled our numerous questions and queries with the utmost efficiency and patience. Although the site had numeous issues, Smart Choice handled them in their stride. They addressed our concerns quickly and without issue. The final product looks amazing and I simply love it. Cameron and Stuart were the main players in our project, and they were absolutely amazing.

We are at the finishing stages of our granny flat and we feel that working with George was a good decision. In the beginning, the progress was slow. But once George took control of the project, it was going along nicely. He gave us regular updates on the progress and his enthusiasm was what made us choose Smart Choice over other builders. I have built granny flat from smart choice granny flat company in July 2020. Built plus renovation took me 4 months to complete.Justin helped us to provide the quote , was very easy to deal with. readily available to answer the queries on time. He even helped me to collect the contract from hospital (As my dad was admitted & I couldn't post the contract.). thanks Justin.Kirsten Helped me to decide on extra inclusions & she was very helpful in arranging the materials.Stuart as site manager done the job with good finish , helped us to get through inspections.Overall it was very good experience to deal with Smart choice people.Some areas of improvements I could suggest :1. Basic/default inclusions brands could be somewhat better. (Nice to have)2.
