Happy to sell generator to me but no after sale assistance as stated at purchase. Have called several times- once a promise to call back when not busy (November) and left voicemails but no return calls. Not buying anything from them again - not cheap!

Mike did a great job explaining various generators in stock and asked questions to ensure what he offered suited our purpose.We were after a generator that could run fridge, freezer, water pump and few other smaller household items in the event of a power outage. We opted for the Westinghouse WHXC5000. Happy to deliver within an hours drive of Pakenham. Can't fault his knowledge or service. Happy to recommend Mike and the team if you're in the market for a generator.

Terrible customer service. Never returns phone calls. Sold a generator that was rewired and did not perform to spec. No back up from manufacturers Pramac. Stay away from this supplier. Worst customer service I have ever experienced . Surprised that they are still in business!!!!
