Great green garden amongst the concrete jungle. Lots of tables and chairs for outdoor lunch breaks.

Beautiful office space in a great location. Well connected by tram 1 and just few minutes from flinders street station. Very clean facility and well maintained indoor and outdoor. I love having a coffee under the sun in the courtyard. Plenty of parking spaces around. If you reach before 10am you can park for $10 a day. Underground parking is very expensive. There are street parking however please buy a ticket. Parking officers are everywhere. Quite a few cafes and restaurants nearby. Great experience overall.

Great place but struggling to find a loading zone for deliveries. The only option found is to paid park on Coventry St and use stairs to get into the building.

Conveniently located. I visit here for the Estee Lauder store so can only comment of my experience on those visits. There is plenty of on street parking but availability depends on when you go. The lobby and lifts are clean and pleasant. There is seating available in the lobby if you're meeting someone or need to sit indoors. Bathrooms are available for visitors but access may depend on who/where you're visiting.

Visited to see the new year fireworks. Great views - could see around half if the city fireworks and king gardens own fireworks

Cleaners either stole or threw out all my belongings in my locker. They didn't help to try and find the belongings, just said it wasn't their problem.

I love visiting Kings Business Park, especially lunching inside the complex amongst the gardens. The professional building management at Kings make me feel welcome and a part of their wider team. Love visiting staff from Croc Media too!
