I have worked with Jigsaw Blue for more than 4 years and whole team was very supportive. Casual shifts were fantastic and allocated according to my availability. I did attend all my shifts. Communication with team leader was very fluid and always felt that I am being heard. Plenty of growth opportunities and they offered equal opportunities environment in the organisation.If you are working at Jigsaw Blue, speak to someone in service delivery if having issues with anything and they will help you.

Have got very nasty experience with recruitments. They hired me first as support worker and after that they realised that I don’t have Cert IV. They cancelled my roster. They advised me to do Cert IV and we would give you work. After six months when so sent them my certificate and I called them they ignored my calls. Horrible experience and never ever recommend to apply. Theirs recruitment staff is withLittle knowledge and they do whatever theyWant to

Live across the road from one of their 'facilities' (it's just a rented residential house). Jigsaw blue staff allow the clients in their care to parade up and down the street at all hours of the day and night shouting at the top of their lungs.Last night was the final straw. Shouting from 11pm until 5am last night while the employees just watch the guy instead of proactively making a difference. Absolute joke.
