I've used Waterloo Dental for years! Mena is a great doctor; the service is wonderful. They look after you and always do the best for the patient.

Great Dentist - went there for a checkup nearly two years ago and I've been going back to Mena ever since. Super friendly - Highly recommend.

The first time i came in they had me waited for more than 40 mins，i was really upset but i understand how hard it is to run a business so said it to myself maybe this is a accident. However this is the second time i came in，guess what，waited more than 40 mins. To be fair the receptionist is not welcoming at all，the the dentist Mr Mena seems to think there is no problem and the customers have all the time in the world and should wait forever. I hope he understands that everyone treats their work srsly not just him，and there should not be any excuses getting customer to wait for nearly one hour. My appointment was at 7 and i came in 6:50 btw. I always show up early because i value and respect other people's time.

Went in for my 3yo son’s first dentist appointment and had a great service from everyone. Dr was very gentle and friendly with him which made every step run super easy and with no fuss. Very impressed!

This is a great practice! I've been coming here for a couple of years and satisfied with the experiences. Dr Mena explains things well and gives you all the details for the patient to make an informed decision. The clinic is modern and professional. The receptionist Courtney is also fantastic and patiently explains the invoice and health insurance items. If there's any delays to the appointment they text you ahead of time, usually there is very little waiting period upon arrival.

Dr Mena and his staff always go above and beyond. Great communication, caring, and professional. Prices are reasonable and are clearly communicated. They work with almost every major insurance company which really helps. Dr Mena is specifically great and patient with kids. Highly recommended.

Dr Mena is a kind and considerate dentist who takes care of his patients. The facility is modern, clean and professional with large rooms and high ceilings.I always expect the worst from dentists but Dr Mena gave me some sensible options and steered me away from unnecessary dental work.I have recommended several friends and I look forward to being a long term patient.
