My girlfriend and I (both backpackers) broke down close to Hollywood Motorsport mechanic on a Saturday. We thought it would take a while until we find someone who could help. We went to Ali who looked at our car, diagnosed the problem immediately (starter engine) and pulled our car to his garage. After 2 hours he had the parts that were needed, he gave us a quote, put in the parts and after 3 hours altogether we were ready to continue our journey through Australia. We are unbelievably grateful for what he did for us and how much time and trouble he saved us, how he treated us and how easy everything had been. The car runs much better than before. If you (who reads it) needs a mechanic who has tons of experience and does a great job with cars, Ali is going to be your go to guy!

Changed my brakes for cheap as, super quick service and my brakes have never been better!

I take my car 3 times a year to Ali to get service done and pink slip. Even though the car has done 250k the engine and car feels like it's brand new such is the wonderful job Ali does on my car. I feel the prices are very fair. Ali does a complete job and above all is honest which is what we ask for. I'm happy to give Hollywood Motorsports at Padstow a 5-star rating and suggest anyone who lives near Bankstown to get their car serviced by Ali.

I broke down on my way thru Bankstown and rang Hollywood Motorsports and spoke to the most lovely gentleman, Ali. His workshop luckily was walking distance from where I broke down at McDonald's, he came straight up, looked under the 'hood and told me exactly what was wrong, how much, how long to order and fix. He drove it to his workshop and within 50 minutes the part was ordered and installed and I was safely heading home again.Ali couldn't of been more helpful or understanding- he was dealing with a tired, slightly hysterical woman who had no idea how I was going to pay him due to a mistake the day before with a direct debit adding an extra zero and putting my account in debt, so no one could transfer me money to pay Ali. I explained this BEFORE he took my car and he just kept telling me it'd be fine, we'll work it out. He told me how much to repair it and I then told him what was in my purse. Don't stress, he'd say and offer me another tea or coffee.I was prepared to pay him what I had on me and sign anything promising payment when I got home. But no, i handed him what I had and he handed me change"
