Wow what a great team of people ,Colby ,Harry ,and Russell ,all came to our rescue when we needed help with our breakdown they towed our car and caravan to where we could organise our car to be fixed ,not only that Colby had our van towed to a caravan park closer to home ,where another team organised the rest of the tow home thank you so much guys for ever greatfull keep up the excellent work ,the world is a better place with people like you all in it .

What’s the point of getting a pre buy inspection when they don’t tell you that it won’t pass a roadworthy. Feeling like I’ve been messed around. Waste of money.

I have no complaints for the tyre service.However our encounter with the angry ant when we picked up our vehicle was unique in my experience.Firstly we could not fill tank of loan vehicle as requested as advised not to stop engine as it had a flat battery.Next accused of mistreating loan vehicle-causing flat battery in this 307K Camry!Finally verballed for putting my family at risk due to the condition of two tyres.Pressured speech,angry ant came from behind counter in an attempt to obviously intimidate/shirtfront myself.I exited we paid $1000 for two tyres and left.Anger control therapy seems to be necessary for the ant.

Guys helped me get me going Colby late Friday night then Shane Monday morning then got a new battery all good at end of week tune up and a bit more Shane I know your only the mechanic but you should be more you gave me more promise to get the car fixed by you guys so that's happening next few days Slater

I recently needed RACV Roadside Assistance and the help I received was excellent. They were very responsive, checking that I was ok and listened to what support I needed. My car was taken to their Service Centre and the fault fixed by the close of business that day. The cost of the repair was very reasonable and having the car ready to drive home that night was GREAT! Thanks to Shane, Kye and the rest of the team at GAC!
