Grabbed a $26 steak and it was pretty good, lots of salad and a good amount t of chips. It was cooked exactly as asked which was great. Venue was roomy enough and it was in end of may, so I imagine it would get busier at peak times, but was pretty quiet while I was there which was nice. Good selection of beers and the staff were very friendly

Great service. Steaks have great bbq smokey flavour, nice wines, great chips!! I'd like a grilled fish option on the menu rather than beer battered/deep fried.

Absolutely disgusting, unprofessional and rude staff and security when we first got there we were stopped and told 2 underage people weren’t aloud in, and it was 5 in the afternoon (we only came for food). The bar tenders seemed to dislike their job rolling their eyes at anyone and everyone that asked for a drink. The food was extremely overpriced for what is was and very salty, the drinks were watered down a lot. The main issue however was that the store smelt like a dead rat inside between the bistro and the bar which was extremely off putting. My partner looked at a cabinet where staff and security were around and saw the culprit itself (dead rat). We tried calling to make them aware and were yelled at and spoken to extremely rudely by the guy on the other end and hung up on. If staff members are commenting that there is a dead rat and no one does anything that is wrong YOU. SELL. FOOD. Be hygienic at least, the rude staff can be ignored dead animals can not be. Do better. Work Place Health & Saftey have been contacted. Completely unacceptable.

Last night I had the pork cutlet and my husband had the ribs. Both meals fabulous. Never tasted such a tender pork cutlet. The large plate of ribs could have been shared between us, but my husband devoured the lot. We will eat there again tonight. Waitress taking the orders was so sweet and friendly. Definitely recommend this Hotel.

Been here a few times and the food has always been top notch but apparently they have a new chef and wasn't a fan the Bread & dips wasn't that great. Duck spring rolls were nice but the Crispy Pork Belly wasn't crispy - more like rubber and didn't have a nice flavour. It's a shame I'll have to find another spot for dinner in future

Cant sleep for sh*t in the hotel next door (ibis terrible place) as your music is so loud the place is buzzing but well done to the DJ… great line up of tunes

Wow called in.on the way I had rump, cooked to perfection, partner had snitzel. While eating we saw the ribs, they looked fantastic. On our return to Melbourne we stopped again,. We had the ribs, eyes bigger than our belly. Had to get a container, they were as nice as they looked. If we are up this way again this will be our go to for lunch or dinner. We'll done, staff super friendly

Fantastic meal…all fresh and home made. Great value and good service. So happy we found this little gem, will visit again when next in Coffs. Well done team, you should be very proud

Went here for dinner. Service was excellent. Food was great. The staff in the Bistro were friendly and helpful. The food was nice and hot. The staff at the drinks bar were also friendly and helpful. This is one place that my wife and I will be back to, next time we're back in Coffs Harbour.

A very nice hotel, friendly staff, but ordered Chicken Schnitzel with mash and veggies, but the mash potato was very salty. I think they should let the customer add the salt if they want it as not everyone likes salt, even the gravy was very salty.
