I wish I could give you a 10 /5. Di & John have clearly created an environment that reflects their integrity and attracted staff of the same calibre. From the minute you walk through the doors you are made to feel welcome by everyone. The facilitators knowledge is outstanding. The staff are there for you at anytime along the way willing to help to ensure you succeed.I can highly recommend Time Training. After not studying since school (along time) I enrolled in a Cert IV Training and Assessment and have loved every minute of it. I could not think of a safer place to do training and not sure how you would navigate an online training world when you have a Training centre like this. Thankyou Di, Kerri and John for my journey so far.

The feedback I heard came with such a positive experience that I had a high expectation before I made contact, my expectations were exceeded on so many levels!Initially I was so scared to enter into study again after over 15years working in my trade and not doing any formal education.I was welcomed and encouraged from the moment I rang to inquire into the course. It felt professional in every touch point, the class sizes were small enough to learn from each other and the lunches were soooo yummy!The most important thing to me was to learn while having fun, the Time educators had so much experience it showed, they handled many different personalities with encouragement and patience!I highly recommend Time Education to anyone I chat to about any courses they offer on their scope they have given me such a positive experience I genuinely love their culture and attitude.I want everyone to have the same learning experience as I have, I loved it!!!

I completed certificate iii in individual support and appreciate the support of facilitators. It is the best RTO to study.

I left 2 voice messages, talked to their customer service 2 times and they got my contact details to pass someone who can call me and talk about the course, never received a call.This is when you want to give them your money and they don't care about your request, just imagine how they treat you when you enroll in the course.

I completed my Certificate IV in Training and Assessment at TIME education & Training in 2019 and it was the most wonderful educational experience of my life so far. The facilitators were amazing and understood the needs of every member of the class. The professionalism displayed not only by the educators but also their administrative staff has made me so proud to work in Vocational Education and Training and has made me so excited to enrol in TIME's Double Diploma of Training and Assessment program in 2022.
