Could not fault Nu-Pride. From the very first meeting we had with Nadia when we only had an idea of what we wanted to the installation, we have been so impressed with them. They answered all of our questions, and changes, with such a down-to-earth attitude. Troy, who took out all the cupboard doors, the spray-painting and the re-fit was such a professional and did it with such care that even thought it was a small job, we felt just as looked after as if it was a big job.Also really well priced.Will use them again in the future and highly recommend.Eddie & Lisa

Nu-Pride just finished my bathroom and I'm in awe of the results!!!! It's gone from a gray tub with purple tiles to a beautiful classic timeless gloss white. It's a whole new bathroom without the headache of a full reno! Can't thank Nu-Pride enough!!! From the center staff (Kodi and Nadia) who I dealt with over the phone to get quotes and organise the job, to the tradesmen (Ricky and Troy) who came out and completed the job, all were amazingly professional and efficient!! They take (Nu-) PRIDE in their work and made sure everything was completed to an incredibly high standard! Brilliant company and people to deal with and now I get to enjoy my NU-(Pride) bathroom!!!

Kody and the rest of the team at Nu-Pride were excellent, and very patient with me. Being in Sydney I wasn't able to easily pop down to see them for myself, and I admit to being hesitant to buying anything online, sight unseen. As for a bath?? I mean if a pair of shoes don't fit, you can post them back. Jeans are a bit tight, give them to a mate. But a custom fired bath? Was I mad??But after more than 10 years of renting without a bath was determined to have a really good bath when we finally bought our own place. It was a must have. So when we found this apartment with a huge but terrible bathroom, that was a bonus. The bathroom was so bad that we could justify tossing it completely and actually get the bathroom we wanted, with the bath we wanted. And for me the best bath possible" meant cast iron

Kitchen looks amazing. The whole team at Nu Pride were incredible to work with. The job was quick and the results were amazing. Can't believe we considered spending 2x the $$$ for a brand new kitchen.Couldn't recommend Nu Pride any more!

So happy with the results of Nupride’s resurfacing of my kitchen and bathroom - couldn’t be happier! Nadia and Kodi were so helpful with getting a quote and organizing the works, and Troy and Ricky did a fantastic job on site. They cleaned up, were always on time and extremely efficient! Couldn’t recommend Nu pride more :)

Initially I had some reservations about the service at Nu-Pride. I found it odd that no one actually attended my house to view the job and I had to go to their showroom, which was quite a distance. That is the reason I have not given them 5 stars. Once the colours, bench top and splash back had been decided, the process was reasonably straight forward. However, to get from start to finish took a very long time. Not really anyone's fault as the labour shortage meant there was some significant periods between the different trades attending. End result is terrific. Thanks so much to Amber whose communication skill was the saviour for us and the reason this is not a 2 star rating.

Nu-pride did a kitchen refacing for us. Overall really happy, they did a great job. Only downside was they couldn't manage their supplier Jamper and had quite a few delays. We couldn't get soft close draws either but we do love the soft close doors

Had our bath resurfaced by Nu pride to deal with a small crack in the base of the bath (caused by a vase being dropped in it). At the time we were assured the resurfacing was worthwhile and would be under warranty. The resurfacing didn't even last 12 months. The exact same crack re-opened. Thanks NuPride for helping with the paint job for my Kaboodle cabinet doors. We love the colour and the service was excellent. Really appreciated your careful work and the messaging to keep updated about the collection date. Our project isn't finished yet as it's been delayed by Covid 19 but the doors look great!

Jarred and Amber were wonderful to deal with and the quality of the workmanship we had done on our bath was excellent. We are very happy with the level of service and communication. Our old claw foot bath is new again.
