Without a doubt the best service I have ever received from a logistics companyI was out and just missed an important delivery. When I rang to book in another date, the company contact said he would ask the driver if he wouldnt mind turning around to drop it off immediately.And HE DID!!!!On a busy Friday afternoon to boot.What service. Absolutely fantastic!

No one knocked or rang as we were home, and just left the pick up notice in the mailbox. Then questioned about the package and couldn't find it when we tried to pick it up. Then claim it was left in the letter box the next day and didn't notify us. Then was rude and called me a liar when I asked why it was left one when no one contacted them.

Worst delivery service ever! Our company used their service to deliver IT equipments to us to make sure that we can set up our work from home office in a timely manner. I just came from my night shift from my other job and was waiting the whole day for my delivery but the delivery driver didn't ever bother to knock or use the door bell at all. He just assumed that no one is around and dropped the delivery card on my mailbox. Such a waste of my time and effort. I tried to call their office but the lady that I spoke with over the phone was lacking of enthusiasm and empathy to help me at all and didn't give any good resolution about my concern. She didn't even also apologised to the inconvenience that they have caused me. I've just decided to pick up the item at their office on the next 2 business days that can actually simply resolved within a day.When I picked up the item at their the office the young lady that I spoke with was totally rude and doesn't have any good customer service skills. I just hope that they change their attitudes and behaviours towards work. Does not deserve any single star at all actually

Delivered promptly but communication could be better. They could do with an option to 'leave in a safe place' in the first instance, and were unable to give information on an alternate delivery date... even though they came through in the end!

Had a parcel arriving today at 10:30amRecieved a message saying parcel had left depot and was out for delivery.Called to assure it wasn’t a scam. Was reassured that all information was correct and that I would be receiving my parcel today.Called a second time later afternoon - receptionist had said yes you will revive parcel today!Checked tracking info to say parcel had been returned back to depo…

The worst delivery company ever! I dont know how it manages and represent DHL in Sunny Coast

Hey guys! I’m just reviewing these guys, I just missed a delivery by a few minutes and have been waiting eagerly for my package & I called them and they went above and beyond to get the package redelivered! I also got my package super quick!

Left the note without giving a call. We are living in a gated community. Are they lazy to give a quick call. We were at home entire day waiting for delivery as this is urgent medical supply. Worst courier ever in Australia. Now i have to wait till Monday for this urgent collection.

Would not even give one star for the bad service this company has so far NOT provided me. After setting up a no signature required delivery with DHL to find they had palmed off to this company who attempted delivery but did not leave as no one home. I have phoned twice and been assured that my delivery would arrive the next day but I am still waiting! They pass the buck by saying DHL did no pass information on! I cannot see how this now becomes my problem esp after the second contact. I will also be contacting the person I bought this off so they are aware of the poor service the courier companies they are using. This is the first time I have ever given a company a bad review as I always like to deal direct. After attempting to twice I cannot see another option! Not impressed at all.

These guys are worse than hopeless, 3 cartons were delivered to them from Italy by DHL, all together. Two arrived to us and they said they didn't receive the third. Rang DHL, yes they must have them, rang Phoenix and they had to manually check in the warehouse to find it, they couldn't. Didn't return calls, didn't assist.Then they find the missing carton when DHL forced the issue. Now we are waiting a second day, the whole day, and they can't tell me when it will arrive. Its on the truck!I would not use these guys for a tip run. Most reviews hereare -ve, the only positive ones must be their relatives!If I could give them -ve 10 stars I would.
