Terrible store. Lots of things on shelf are out of date. Get over charged often when things are suppose to be on sale.Receipt machine often “broken” as is the screen to see price when scanned.Have witnesses the owner (guy) be rude and nasty to kids one more than a few occasions. Hate going in there after school out for this reason. He’s very short with them, borderline bullying.He needs to change is attitude or move now.

Little bit dearer than other shops but very convenient and clean staff always helpful.

This IGA is a total rip off , even the staff don't care about customers, all they want is your money.. Worst places to shop.

Management,Please take a look at your selections (lack there of) on most days of the week, over the past 11 years frequenting this IGA the quality and range of fresh produce has really diminished over the past year +.The asparagus is smelling off the shelf, there is hardly any chance to get iceberg lettuce, no red onions, bread rolls (excluding hotdog buns) is almost non-existent. To get these basics is like the lottery, having to be present the day it's placed on the shelves I'm guessing.All you have to do is drive 10 mins up the road to the Park Hive IGA (Hammond Park) and they have great well stocked range of products, team members squeezing fresh juice and a much better level of quality, no aisles full of stock awaiting put-away, in general it's simply a much better shopping experience.Suburb mean profiles and demographics are very much the same so I struggle to understand how these IGA's can be so drastically different.Please pick up your game IGA Bertram!

IGA stands for Independent grocers association, meaning they’re all, you guessed it, owned independently. They have to compete with coles and Woolies. Yes, they’re prices are higher than coles and Woolies but IGA is closer so more convenient. Hey Karen guess what, they don’t cater towards you. I have never once thought that the pricing was unfair, that the people working there were soulless

came in a bit before close, had impolite service and the twinkie i bought for my friend was MOULDY. check your food before buying from here

Our favourite IGA which is open from 7AM to 10PM and very handy when the Woolies and Coles are closed early.

Generally good, though being a smaller store, doesn't always have a large range of products. Deducted one star, as I would like to see them get in more fruit teas, rather than the typical black/green/chamomile collection.

I would like to complain about that lady who’s working in IGA store in Bertram this morning I try to buy a pads for myself and the lady she’s told me I’m trying to steal a pad she’s said I’m trying to pot in my bag and she’s said a lot of camera there they can see you and I said what did you say I try to steal some pads really and she’s said yeah and I said to her common then show your camera if I’m trying to steal this pad she’s not very nice lady

Decent little store .cant fault it ..just think bertram needs a bit more..only 2 checkouts not made for large amounts of customers at one time
