Came in early afternoon to think I was going to get a half decent meal but I received my burger squished and made with no care and cold chewy fries. I went straight to the counter and complained the manger at the time was polite but the attitude of the burger maker was ridiculous and highly unprofessional. I don’t personally know the bloke so I don’t appreciate the disrespect. If you work in the food industry you should have a lot more respect for the food/person you’re making it for. Or don’t bother working in hospitality!

Self ordering available here, very easy to use. They announce your initials when your order is ready. So call yourself QT.. this way, they give you a nice compliment :D

Experience was all good. Quick service, good food. I always enjoy Hungry Jacks. This restaurant is on a par with most of the Hungry Jacks I visit.

No one but me in the queue inside so not busy at all and can't even take a simple order. Ordered a Memphis whopper without pickles, came NO BACON, NO BBQ SAUCE AND EXTRA, YES EXTRA PICKLES. The box was marked no pickles too.One job burger boy, make a burger that it says on the screen. If I make a mistake in field of work someone gets killed, in this kids case, meh. Should be on notice, I surely won't be returning to this establishment.

It wasnt busy got 3 cheese burgers with no pickles. Got them and it was like they had come straight out the freezer. The cheese was nearly frozen still, the bun was dry and semi hard and the pattie was luck warm. Very disappointing

Great food but...saw some lady pick up a big order, like probably $20-$30 worth of food and after she left heard some staff making remarks and calling her name n stuff. Think one person was a manger as well, not really that professional, def makes me wanna not go again.

Wen't to get food at 11:30pm on a friday and they had packed up and locked the door, that night I couldn't eat cause there was nothing else around close enough as it was late and I walk.also had one worker fail to count change and when I told her it was wrong se denied so I persisted to ask her if she needed glasses and she said yes, to which I replied that it was her responsibily to follow work and saftey guide lines and wear her glasses, I then left and later called her manager and complained, haven't seen her since.to be completly honest don't go here, go a little bit further and go to hackham hungry jacks believe me its worth it.p.s google; stop taking down my legitamate reveiws please.

I walked in to order tonight because my vehicle can't go through drivethru. I don't use machines to order, waited to be served was ignored. Then asked if someone would serve me still no service. Never again.

Order was incorrect, was cold fries, drink coke was flat. Complained to manager and the young person said that he can't replace the order and to leave the shop.
