Chemist Discount Centre Endeavour Hills

Products are cheaper than your average chemist or supermarket but not as good as Chemist Warehouse. Customer service is generally good in this store. It could be better if checkout staff do not take multiple internal phone calls (that could wait for 30 seconds) in the middle of checking out one's purchases. Who's more important???

Today I required a quick signature to valid a proof of ID form .I had already been to 2 police stations which where either closed on not attending the front counter. So I decided to go to my regular chemist, I approached them the store was empty with 3 staff members and explained how I had tried other options first as I understood it can be a pain doing these things.. I was told we only sign Monday to Friday.How hard would it be to spend 30 seconds helping a regular customer.

Been coming here for the past few years since moving to the hills. Always great service and friendly staff. Glad to have a good chemist close by to get my scripts from.

I don't usually post reviews, but I couldn't not share my experience! I went to this Chemist because I was sick of receiving little to no service at the big Chemist Warehouses. This Chemist was so close to home and so easy to get to. The service I got from a girl (Bindi I think?) was amazing. She was so friendly and super helpful! She was able to answer all my questions and took time to explain different products to me, ensuring I buy the right one for myself. I will definitely be back. Overall the Chemist was clean, bright and easy to navigate around. Thank you for providing me with a positive experience :)

I've been going to the Endeavour Hills Chemist Discount Centre now for over 10 years and the service has always been astounding! Especially a very lovely young pharmacist, John, who has always gone above and beyond to make sure he provides the best quality service and support to his customers. Can't forget to mention also very friendly and easy to talk to. To be honest, all the staff here are quite amazing! But I can assure you, these guys here WILL be happy and honoured to help you as long as you're friendly and polite in return. ^.^

My mother attended your store today.Was greeted by a young staff member and asked if my mother had a mask, she explained that she has an exemption and the staff member said ok and let my mum browse the store for what she needed, she then went down to the back counter as she wanted some items from Bio Ceuticles, the pharmacist asked if my mum wanted some help, and my mother said she wanted to purchase some Bio Ceuticle vitamins. The Pharmacist then said do you have a mask, my mother explained as she did to the other staff member she has an exemption. The pharmacist then said she can't serve you because you don't have a mask. Soo my mum put her stuff down and said well I'll go elsewhere then. She felt asthough she was being discriminated against in your store. I'm appalled in the way my mother was treated! This is not ok!!!
