After Hours Plumbing Springfield
I called for a blocked rainwater drain. Was advised that the call out fee was to be $132 Which I accepted , assumed ( incorrectly that this would be deducted from the final account) . On his attendance I was advised that to attempt to unblock using there Viper drain service was $799 per hour on top of the call out fee. When I asked the plumber if there was anything else that they had that could be used to unblock the drain he advised me NO. The operator should have advised me that it was to be $831 for the first hour and the $799 per hour there after. - Misleading. I sent him away and went and hired a drain cleaner for $170 per day!
