Worst place go for massage of all place. I don't even want to give them a one star. 1hr massage felt like I was a boxing pad and the ladies don't even know what they are doing. Can't even find the presser point and 1hr massage cost is $85 but they charged me $100 saying they used the hot stone. I don't recommend this place to my worst enemy or who ever is reading my comment. Worst place ever!!!

Bad manner of therapist. We just walk in to make some inquiries about their remedial massage before making appointment but tone of the therapist seems want us to have their service immediately! Another therapist asking her not to serve us! Which we felt that they are not professional at all! Make us feel that too bad

This place is terrible. Got an hour remedial massage and it was fast, rough and uncomfortable. Asked her to slow down to which she did for 2 minutes then returned to the same fast uncomfortable speed. Kept putting her elbows into my spine bones instead of the muscle area. Difficult process to claim health care rebate as well. Would not recommend

When I came into the store to inquire about the 20 minute massage, the person at the front desk David was very pushy and aggressively tried to upsell me for a longer session. I firmly had to tell him a couple of times I was not interested in having a longer massage. Because I did not agree to his upselling, he was very rude and disrespectful throughout the whole massage making the whole experience the opposite of what was supposed to be a relaxing massage.

Worst massage I’ve ever had by the male “therapist” here this afternoon. It honestly felt like he had no idea what he was doing the entire 45mins. I was about to ask him if he was actually a certified remedial massage therapist as I went to pay at the counter when he asked if I had a health fund? So.. he must have heard me correctly when I asked for a 45min REMEDIAL massage. But I dunno what THAT even was? I am a certified massage therapist myself, I did not recognise any of the massage strokes that he was using. I kept advising of how uncomfortable I was and that he was being too soft, to which he would reply “oh its okay!” And continue on with the most horrible treatment. I was squirming around beneath his hands because I was so uncomfortable, at one point I even said “sorry but that’s my ribs…” because I had grown tired of him raking his elbow across my ribcage over and over and over again. It was agonising. I had been here previously and one of the female therapists did a great job at getting into the belly of each muscle and addressing my complaints, so I expected the same quality when I returned. An absolute waste of money and I feel worse than when I went in.

Felt very rushed, massage was not relaxing or remedial. Just felt like a elbow your back the whole time, one of the worst massages I've had. Very disappointed
