Went there for a manicure service. The service was quite rough and rush. The finish was not smooth,and customer service is not up to basic standard. Would never go back again.

They only worry about money they want get from the customer! I have been to this place today and get my nails and pedicure done, three different girls attended me and they didn’t communicate with each other like what the other girl’s have done and what left and they were rushing without caring that I’m their regular customer spoiled my nail paint and shape of nails, which I wasn’t happy about and if I try to tell that I don’t like the color they started talking in their own language and it was like humiliating me! And ignored what I’m saying! I’m making sure that others also don’t get the same service as I gets! Horrible! Have paid $125 and I’m feeling so dumb to pay you that much of money for the poor service I have got!

Very rude staff. Each have different understanding of how to do a pedicure. No matter how much you’re happy to pay, the results will still disappoint you. We kept asking to do nails according to our wants - totally ignored, overcharged & yet unhappy service from them. Never suggesting this place again or visiting.

i got a manicure today and asked for french tips, looks like she drew a line straight across my nails, the tip is way to low and it shouldn’t look like this. my first time here and definitely my last, i recommend rainbow nails and beauty, they know what there doing.

Never again they are all about the money make you sit there and wait and wait for ages.I sat there for 45 mins with my nails in boiling hot water soaking them off for 45 min my natural nail is now down to next to nothing , people who walked in after me were seen.The lady next to me as well wait a while as well.It’s not about the money it’s about the customer service if you don’t have the time it staff don’t accept people and make them sit there and wait for a ridiculous amount of time.

The best nail salon in Melton, they do a fantastic job and are lovely ladies. They go above and beyond to make sure you are happy. I would never go anywhere else again. I have been going here for years. So happy

Disappointing, painful even after asking staff to please be gentle, left with two infected toes from a simple pedicure. Fantastic.

Had an appointment but still had to wait 30 mins. Ladies seemed nice enough but not sure if very busy and rushed or just not good work. (Also my first time there) I did mention sns at the beginning to a different lady but someone else attended me and did acrylics. Nails and colour are nice but I don't think they suit/fit my fingers.

Rushed me to pick a colour then when i asked for nail art they told me $70 for a snow flake on one nail then charged me $50 for a simple refil would not recommend this place!
