Boon Dental Ropes Crossing

Dr Yong Gi Hong is amazing. Always explains things clearly and makes you feel at ease. I’ve been going for about 6 months and he breaks everything down for you and presents your options. Very pleased and will continue going. Plus the receptionist is super nice and always makes me feel welcome :)

Dr. Wong was very patient, caring and informative. He explains everything so well. Reception staff very friendly and professional. I would highly recommend to anyone Dr. Wong and his team.

Mostly good experiences but the last time i went I thought it was a bit expensive. I told them what i thought and a month later they cancelled all my daughters appointments. She liked going there and now because the dentist is woke we have to find somewhere else

Highly displeased with the unprofessional way that I was called in to my appointment and then on top of that the whole appointment was a waste of my time as they could have checked my tooth properly last time I was there.

So I went there today for the very first time and I thought very comfortable with them for someone with special needs and made me feel very comfortable and very early is that anyone they were doing the dentists are so nice I can't wait for my next check up to go back there again I finally found somewhere where I feel safe and comfortable the reception is to so lovely and everything like that so I'm really glad that I could actually come and done get my teeth clean and I've got a feeling with in it I got this feeling to fix up a chipped tooth but apart from that I'm looking alright I'm so proud that I've got a good dentist that can help me look after my team I would highly recommend them to anyone knows Everett ages and nervous as well but throughout the whole experiment I felt really really good

Was seen by Calvin, couldn't have asked for a more gentle dentist. He was lovely, understanding and extremely informative. Have also seen Joanna who is just the same. Best dentists I have been to. Technology is amazing and staff are so kind. They will now become my new dentists, without a doubt. Cannot recommend them highly enough.

I've always had a good experience at boon dental except for this time. I was booked for a tooth extraction.5 min before my appointment I called to inform in advance I was gonna be 10 min late and i just live down the road because I had to wait for someone to care for my 2yo son. The receptionist right away said its going to be cancelled and to call back and book another day i have care for my son. I understand that its also going to affect other peoples time but Its literally 10 min and they have all my information and X-rays already.

My experience with Boon dental is that staff were very nice, the place is really clean and tidy. Dentist was very gentle and takes time to work on tooth. Its only a problem of prices. I don’t know why its too expensive. Crown & bridges cost a lot.

Super clean neat environment not to mention the staff are great. I felt super comfortable with Calvin and his assistant. He was very thorough and clear. I have found my dentist I will be attending always form now :)
