I wouldn't deal with this business, they are not helpful and are not prepared to take on a job unless they have sold you a van even when the cost of the job could be 5or 6 hundred dollars in their pockets.

DANGER, Do not go there, rogues and the rudest man i have ever come across in retail, I wasxwarned by the locals but thort I give them a chance, regrettably a terrible experience they charged/invoiced the raa for insurance work on my van before it had even entered the workshop! And worse still the charge was for awnings of a larger size than would fit my van and tge raa actually paid them.

According to their website SPIRIT camper trailers have been manufactured in Port Clinton SA from 1993 to the present day" but when you call them to buy new wheels they tell you they haven't made any for 15 years and don't want to talk to you unless they can charge you

WORST customer service EVER!! I have had OK experiences with Matt in the past but NEVER again. Had our Jayco Expanda in for a few minor repairs and service and rang to advise we no longer required a stabiliser leg that we had previously requested. I was then abruptly informed that you can come and repair the van yourself"!!! I was rather taken aback at this response as I assumed that a stabiliser leg would be a routinely stocked item in a caravan repair centre!! I then had to make the 2 hour return trip to collect our van that had none of the repairs done!! Extremely rude service. VERY disappointed :("

It would be nice if they opened their doors, went past early afternoon on our way back to Adelaide on a weekday. Workshop doors wide open, office doors wide open but gates shut and big dog patrolling. Tried to call on phone and no answer. Dog was barking like crazy at us, no one came out (good to see such a large good looking dog doing his job properly, obviously he deserves his pay packet) .

We had lined up to come see a caravan on the weekend and the owner had said he would let us know if anyone else had shown interest. No phone calls came and he sold it to someone else. Not Happy!
