Aus-secure

Very disappointing. Had a security door installed. The security screen mesh is loose and the door doesn't fit snugly into the frame leaving a gap along one edge. After all the issues we had with this installation we couldn't bear to have them come and 'fix' it.

Extremely happy with the security screens we had installed in our Perth home. They look so much better than the diamond grille ones, as you can see through them. The back security doors are great, too. From measure and quote to installation, the experience couldn't have been improved upon. Thank you

I had used Aus-Secure for more than a decade and was always happy with my decision. I was so confident that I never bothered looking elsewhere for quotes when needing my security screen doors and roller shutters. Unfortunately, that has all changed. The service and workmanship are not what they use to be. Disappointing.

I was recommended Aus Secure by a friend and was pleasantly suprised that they were hundreds of dollars cheaper than the other prices I received.Since then they have fitted all our security windows and doors plus an electric gate etc, all at a better price than elsewhere and with a friendly positive attitude.Most important is that they do not miss the little things such as Larry was the only salesman that came out to mention that our electric gate will need to be tapered to fit our sloped block and other minor issues which all add up to a better and more reliable gate.Very happy with the lot! I have recently had clear shield security doors fitted by Aus Security.I was extremely pleased with the detailed measuring and expert fitting of these high quality doors- certainly no comparison between these new doors and my old security doors. Loved how both the guy measuring and the guy installing the doors vacuumed and cleaned up after themselves.Service was promot efficient friendly and the cost very competitive indeed. I'm one very happy customer!

I have no hesitation in recommending Aus-Secure for security screen doors. Every step and every interaction was positive - even when there was a problem (caused by me) it was handled so nicely.The office staff were relaxed, friendly and efficient. They talked to me about the different screens that could protect my house while i was away.
