Been few time to this Maccas and few week ago I order a Big Mac meal It was not of a wait but finally my order called got my food as I open the bag all I got was Big Mac and drink but no chips. Then I went to the counter they were not going to give me the chip that I order my meal one of the young girls weren’t happy about it I said I order Big Mac meal comes with chip got my chip but feel unwelcome coming in this joint then a other time been waitingMy meal standing nearly 20 minutes in line because the machine was broken people got meal after me got these before me then I had to ask they thought they gave me my meal which they didn’t and totally forgot people who worked here are not happy with there jobs should fine another job don’t take it out on customers if you are having a bad day

Had to ask to be served, reply was Im busy!". Went to the bathroom and the urinal was overflowing onto the floor and was being walked out into the eating area. I told a staff member

How can any macdonalds be bad, Situated in the heart of Ulladulla. Great fast service , friendly staff. Toilets, indoor and outdoor seating and a playground for the kids. Wheelchair accessible parking and entry.

WORST SERVICE EVER!1. The order machine doesn't spit out my order number2. The lady in counter was very rude, grumpy and didn't care to help out with my issue.3. Waited like half an hour to get my food.4. Food was cold and chips was soft.

short girl at the window today 10/06/23 at 4:30pm was extremely rude to us in the drive through. she forgot our drinks then we went back around the drive through and the girl worker said “apparently we forgot your drinks” in a rude, sadistic manner. rolled her eyes at us then began talking to her workmate and didn't say bye or anything. didn't get the girls name. sick of the rude workers here.

Amazing Macca's,Food quality for fast food is top notch.A friend and I ordered during a public holiday weekend and although very busy, staff were pumping out orders with attention to detail and amazing food quality.Though the floor is a little dirty and the male toilets have a plumbing problem, workers are quick to wipe down tables for the next set of customers.Highly recommended.

Took 45 minutes for drive thru. The lady who took out order was so arrogant. Finally got our food. Instead of chicken n cheeses we received McChickens instead. Our cheeseburger was to be extra onion and no pickles but there was no pickles and no onions at all. Chips were also soggy and cold. Service is ridiculous.
