Worth the wait! We built a custom 40sqm double storey home with Keycon, like the rest of the industry it was delayed however Keycon keep me up-to-date with potential delays due to material or labour shortages. The trades they employed were first class, I even had a private inspector at every stage for the peace of mind who found minor issues which keycon promptly addressed.

BE AWARE…. entering into a contract with this building company.. my close friend has been in contract with them for almost 2 years with absolutely minimal progression… their responsiveness and communication is non. Existent with plenty of avoidance.. constantly blaming supply issues amongst other poor excuses with building delays. They Visit their office to enquire what’s going on only to be told every single time the manager is on leave, not in office or won’t be in this week… disgraceful professionalism for a company that continues to ask for money

I built a custom home in Ascot Vale with Keycon. Building a home is a very stressful process but Keycon made it easy by being very responsive, accommodating and helpful. I would recommend building with this company. I love my home and it would not have been the same if I built with someone else.

My address is Lot 1416 Willandra Blvd in Harkness.I am very happy with Keycon’s house which they have handed over to me, I have recommended Keycon to many friends after building with them as they had such an easy process.They did take a little longer than usual to build the home but I do understand the issues within the construction industry at the moment, majority of the issues were out of their control & they kept me well informed if there was any delays which was all I can really ask forOverall I am happy with my first house and would build again with them again :)
