Friendly staff

Reception is accessed via a bell, once rung a friendly lady opens and you can basically cruise around as you please. Made a coffee, ate someones lunch and then gave a presentation in one of the boardrooms. Everyone was very friendly.

Rude batch of people, low standards of customer care.

Very bad customer service. My experience is as follows - I contact iiNet because our internet is down. They refer on but not really telling me any more. I receive a random call from Visionstream who leaves a very brief, curt message which i could barely understand - Call this number and have this job number ready. I call and am on hold for 20 minutes. When they answer, I get hung up on (maybe they didn't hear me shout HANG ON, JUST TAKEN A MOUTHFUL OF LUNCH). I call back again. Not on hold for too long, but a very frosty woman tells me there is a spot" available tomorrow but you'll have to be home between 8am and 6pm. I say "What does that mean? Can you please explain what a "spot" is?" She does not explain

Terrible, awful experience. Not even worth one star, but you can't post without a star. Approached this business to inquire about a product. Rang the bell at the main office and was directed to the 'Store' by a person in hi-viz. Rang the bell in the store and was confronted by an angry and antagonistic person in hi-viz who demanded to know who I was and who had sent me. I explained why I was there and was aggressively told that there was nothing there for me and that they don't 'hand stuff out'. I explained I was there to inquire about a product and to buy. He said I didn't have an account or an order so I should go. This person has the customer service skills of a baboon with a hangover. He should be sacked.
