Water Tunnel Car Wash

Don't bother with the auto car wash!Firstly, I tried to pay with cash and it spat my money out, so I had to pay by card, then it told me there was a 50c surcharge after I paid.Then it asked if I wanted a receipt and I pressed yes, but it didn't give me one.I then went through the car washing process, then I went straight home. When I got home I looked at my car and it looked like it had not been washed at all! Photos attached.Absolute waste of money.I complained to them via their website e-mail form but never got a reply.

My car was quite muddy after getting bogged at work and my work paid for me to get my car washed at another facility who saw my car and immediately refused to clean it unless I paid a ridiculous surcharge. I took is straight to the water tunnel who didn't bat an eye and there was only a small surcharge to remove the excess mud. The car is absolutely sparkling and I'm very pleased!

A pretty ordinary result for the amount paid. $100 car wash, with missed spots, carpets not vacuumed/cleaned properly, windows still with visible marks. They seem to want to rush you through despite being a quiet time. Disappointing overall. I wont be returning.

Too rushed lately. Not paying good money for a rushed job leaving water stains.I go over it every time lately so may as well wash it myself.We're much better previously

Quality car wash service with consistent positive attitude and exceptional customer service. While the team cleans and or detail your vehicle you can relax inside and enjoy a bite to eat and a great coffee.

I paid $100 for the better than best package and they didn't even nearly do their best. My car was returned dirty, not vacuumed thoroughly and the inside of my windows have streaks and full hand prints on them! Well below average. Don't waste your money.

---Poor quality & poor treatment of loyal customersRegular customer here since 2010 and sad to see that this place has really gone down hill. Prices have been going up each year. Got their top level wash which is $100. When it was finished we saw the exterior and interior was not properly cleaned. Greeted by the manager who is a cranky old man with white hair who has no self awareness and is downright insolent. Watch out for him seriously. Made excuses as to why its not clean like you took too long to wash it before thats why its too hard to wash". Don't bother arguing with him because its a waste of energy. Feels bad because you can tell the employees here are all school kids and are trying their best.Alright what do you get then for better than best wash?? Cool marketing phrase but in reality its not the best anymore. Last six months I have been going to this place and it feels like you are being robbed."

I recently visited this carwash for a thorough clean and wash of my car,During the cleaning process, my car sustained significant damage to its sunroof blind ,they had tried to hide from me but I noticed it ,Because I was sure the blind was working perfectly fine when I gave them my car.I was shocked and dismayed but breathed a sigh of relief when staff confirmed they had noticed it too after checking surveillance footage and they accepted it was their fault . They claimed to take full responsibility for these damages and assured me they would fix the issue.However, when I informed them that repair will cost them 3000 dollars based on the quote from Volvo dealer,the manager completely backtracked on his promise and refused to admit to the damage. They denied whatever they told before and even suggested that they believe the damage already existed on the car before I brought it in,which i know is a big lie.It was evident from their dismissive attitude that they had no intention of remedying the situation, and it looks like they were never going to do right by me. Eventually, I had no choice but to go through the expensive process of having my car repaired myself.I have no choice to escalate this matter and seek legal action against them.I would issue a warning to anyone considering using this car wash service – no doubt, they may damage your car and flatly refuse to do anything about it. As a result, it's essential to survey your car before, during, and after the cleaning; that said, it's far better to completely avoid the carwash altogether and get your vehicle cleaned, repaired, or serviced elsewhere.Lastly The manager and the owner (Zia and Tony)was extremely rude and unhelpful during the entire process.I will update you about the outcome of my legal action against this carwash.

Guys, they severely damage your car and they deny. They never take responsibility. Manager and owner extremely rude, unprofessional. They charge alot, they never clean the car properly. Poor customer service. Never take your car to this place. The damage cost me thousands dollars to repair. Never again.
