Busselton Visitor Centre
Rang them for information. A machine placed me on hold for over 20 minutes !!!!I couldn't wait any longer so I put the phone down.I'm sure their representative will try to excuse this with some blah blah blah blah blah reply, or that they're short-staffed or something similar.Well, that's not good enough. Employ another staff member to take calls. Treat people with respect. The Margaret River region can definitely afford to employ another person to take calls. Don't be stingy.

Disappointing that after the closure of Dunsborough visitor centre it appears that Dunsborough merchandise is no longer available.

The visitor Centre Museum is facinating! I love history and knew very little about the history of Busselton. Next time I visit Busselton I am going to spend more time here discover more of the history of Busso presented so well in the displays.

Had the best service from the lady we spoke to today. Were given a map of the region, as well as recommendations for the family over the next few days while staying in Busselton. Kid bought some goodies from the gift shop, and recommendations for tourist attractions and food were on point. Thanks again!

Busselton Visitor Centre
Sorry to be less enthusiatic but my experience wasn't good. I asked about pet friendly accommodation and the assistant said they did not have a list (Margaret River Visitor Centre did) but she pointed out that they were funded by members and so did not have every accommodation listed. They were not independent. I thought all Visitor Centres were funded by the local authority but this one isn't.

Busselton Visitor Centre
A 5 star history display built around the oldest train in WA. The Ballaarat locomotive has been impressively restored and there is an informative overview about its history and the economic history of the Busselton region. The only thing missing was a map of where those first railways went. As a QLD visitor this made it it very confusing to understand where exactly everything mentioned happened in relation to Busselton. The visitor centre is a much better historical display than the one at the Museum, which was too old and unfocussed to be of interest.

Friendly and helpful staff that are informative and insightful.. lots of selections and discoveries waiting to be explore around within the surrounding areas as brochures enticing you to experience.
