Ezee Kleen

I had booked Ezee Kleen to clean my house on 22nd Dec 2020 (pre-Christmas clean) with the aim of booking in regular cleaning services after that. Sam was very responsive via phone and email during the quoting stage and even came to our house to do a quote in person.However, no one showed up on 22nd Dec! My husband and I tried to call, text and email them many times during and after that day but got no responses. To this date we haven't heard from them.Irrespective of the business or the circumstances, not delivering what was ordered and ignoring/not responding to customer queries in that regard is incredibly unprofessional.We were left very disappointed by this and stressed to fit in a good clean ourselves while working full time in the lead up to Christmas.Given the very poor experience we wont be contacting Ezee Kleen again.

Any good reviews must be somehow related to the owner or they must be friends of some sort because the cleaners from this business just randomly stopped showing up after committing to a weekly clean. Samantha, the business owner did not return any of my phone calls, messages, voicemail messages, emails - nothing. Very unreliable and extremely unprofessional. Don't let her first impression fool you.

I used this company to clean my fathers house who had passed away to get it ready for sale. i was extremely disappointed in the below average job that was done. Had to get them out a 2nd time to do parts that they had clearly missed. I contacted them again to come out and finish the bathrooms floors that had clearly not had been washed. I was rudely spoken to and was told that they were not coming back out to finish the job and that they wouldn't even come out to even look at what not been done. That her in her eyes the job was done and that if i didn't like the job then not to pay her and she will take legal action.I am completely unsatisfied in her below average work and her abusive attitude. All i wanted was the house cleaned...... she told me that it needed more cleaning but had not quoted it. I would of been happy to pay the extra cost if she had mentioned it to me.I now have to employ another cleaning service to finish the job that she started but never finished !!!!!!!!

Sam and her team were fabulous to work with. They are extremely professional and do an amazing job. Having Ezee Kleen clean my house has saved me an enormous amount of time. I can highly recommend Ezee Kleen!

I first used Ezee Karen for a post renovation clean and haven’t looked back - every fortnight the Ezee Karen ladies come in and work their magic - there’s nothing better than walking into a clean house after a long day at work. I highly recommend Sam and her team.
