Excellent customer service and professional workmanship. All tradies arrived at the specified time if not before. Good communication coordinating the work to be undertaken. Most of all went over and above when dealing with elderly people. Cleaned up and ensured the scope of works was completed to the highest of standards. Helpful and courteous. Not a company l would consider using. Contractors were consistently late and you have to call and follow up all the time.

After hail damage to our pergola insurance assigned JP Flynn to do repairs. They were prompt and friendly in their services. The job was assigned and tradespeople made contact and were followed up by the office. Repairs done in speedy time and to a good standard. Even though it was a minor job, they made us feel important to them as customers. Trade people were high standard. Office extremely friendly and efficient.

Unprofessional & they don't care about the quality of their work.They've been ignoring my emails & calls to fix the issues that their contractors created in my house.They had to send 4 different painters to fix the ceiling mainly because I pushed them.No quality check of their work.Don't use JP Flynn unless if you want the headacheClaim number is CC00952 / Crowford ref.1753001Crawford has contacted you few times and every time you told them that you are going to call me but you never did.I'm not going to email you but you know the claim number now so I'm expecting you to call me ASAP if you do care.

Reviews are great please research them. Flynn will send someone after the insurance company contacts them, the Fynn representative will turn up take a lot of pics , advice you that they support your reasons on why a claim is worthy, even backing up your claims by reflecting how it has happened to a family member but that is as far as it go. The next communication which was much later, is the insurance company advising you that Flynn had advised them that your claim is not in their opinion a valid claim.Even though the insurance company has denied our claim, which is based on a report submitted by Flynn’s Builders. I am grateful it has turned out this way as Flynn Builders will not have anything to do with our window repair, as further research with review and word of mouth, reflect nothing but trouble with this company and how they conduct their business, be warned.

JP Flynn Builders conducted insurance work on my kitchen ceiling. They replaced damaged gyprock and repainted the ceiling along with replacing lights. I was impressed with their workmanship and ease to deal with. They were in constant contact to ensure the job went smoothly and were very diligent at all times. I would recommend them for any work required.

We were so pleased with Adrian's service during our inspection. He gave us a message to say he was on his way and arrived at exactly the time he said.His professional and polite attitude are a credit to him and JP Flynn.He was very patient with all our questions and left us feeling confident that the rest of the job will be followed up and carried out to an excellent standard.
