Bobbie Charles Lutwyche

I had a great first appointment with Bobbie Charles, Lutwyche yesterday. I booked a brow lamination, sculpt and tint, I'm obsessed with the result and have been receiving lots of compliments. Joan was great at guiding me through the process and encouraged my honest feedback throughout to give the best experience and result possible. It was my first treatment at Bobbie Charles, and what and experience it was, I've never paid to much attention to my eyebrows and shape. But Kiki did! I was so impressed with the level of detail and care, I honestly can't wait to go back and I'm excited to go in for a facial which I no doubt will come out glowing from. Highly recommend Bobbie Charles.

I had a brow sculpt and tint done on 05/04/23 with Kiki looking after me - I haven’t had my brows done in years and never had a tint done before. Kiki was really informative and made sure I got exactly what I wanted - It was a really nice and relaxing experience and I would 100% recommend - also really reasonable prices.

Incredible service and professionalism. Joan talked me through every step of the treatment and gave me lots of opportunity for feedback or changes, even after the treatment was complete. I love my brows and lashes and Joan really made sure she understood what I wanted and delivered. Treatment was gentle and unhurried. Would highly recommend!

My brows always look defined but understated after I get them done with BC.I think this subtlety is a true art form and so over looked by 90% of brow bars I’ve been to and really sets you apart.Your artists have a great intuitive understanding of how to execute beautifully on just a few sentences of poorly worded direction from me. Super impressive A+++You’ve nailed the boutique salon experience. I’m not overly feminine and getting my brows at a new bar can be off-putting. The neutral tones & having a curtained space for services reinforces the ‘why’ when it comes to trust - it truly feels like a calming, soft, neutralised safe space!The team really understands how to foster relationships with your clientele: you totally get that I’m not quite yet READY to be abruptly told that you can fix the spider veins on my face. (But maybe next time!)Combined, it creates a gold standard that sets BC apart. Love! <3

The consistent customer service provided by all of the staff at Bobbie Charles is amazing. There is genuine care demonstrated at all times from the moment you make a booking, to when you walk in the door and then throughout your treatment.There is always something extra done to look after you, a recent example is someone included some specific samples to an online order I made to help address my skin from my long haul flight! I couldn't believe that they remembered I was overseas, let alone thinking about how to help my poor dry travel skin. Just brilliant, was such a beautiful gesture that was very much appreciated.It's obvious the whole team are passionate about what they do and genuinely care about providing/suggesting the best individual options for their customers. The environment they have all created just makes everyone (in my opinion) feel comfortable and safe and I can't imagine ever going anywhere else for my treatments!

Brows and lashes! I used to be so hesitant and scared to have anyone touch my brows. At the same time really insecure about my lack of brows. Bobbie Charles have been so amazing at guiding me through my brow journey - starting with tinting and now am so proud of my tattooed brows! They held my hand every step of the way and have done such an amazing job in achieving a natural look for me.I always walk away feeling so pretty. It’s amazing how something like freshly lifted eyelashes and sculpted brows can lift your whole face (and self esteem). Truly can’t thank you enough.
