The place was super packed. We had a 40 min wait after ordering and then more again when the order was both wrong and missing items.Slushies were half full but replaced cheerfully.Take away only but people were finding seats all over.Parking was easy even for large vehicles towing.Just be aware as you pull in.

McDonald's F3 South (Wyong Sth)
For such a busy time of year it was expected that it would be mayhem. I always appreciate the staff at this time of year because they are only young and are doing their best. The place was full and customers waiting everywhere for their food. The restrooms were reasonably clean considering the amount of people using them. It took about 15-20 minutes to get takeaway. The only downside to this stop is there is very limited spots to let the dog out for a little walk around, but other than that just another busy McDonalds on the freeway.

Dirty. Bins were overflowing. Tables hadn't been wiped. Toilets weren't clean. Little in the way of decor - prints, plants etc. The eating space isn't inviting. Half is empty, dark and barren but still in full view. On food - cheese in toasted tomato and cheese sandwich wasn't melted.

The food is good, for a quick road trip meal. The staff are friendly and polite. Although during the holiday the store can get very busy.Generally the store area is neat. But i do think that the truck drive area and shower (whom McDonald's is responsible for) have been run down.

Service was quick, food was nice, staff were friendly, plenty of parking available.There was not enough seats for the tables.There was multiple tables that still had food, empty containers, wrappers on them, not cleaned. The garbage bins were overflowing. The mens toilet was dirty, with 1 hand dryer not working, soap not dispensing properly.I expect a lot more of the facilities when I visit Macca’s. This particular location didn’t live up to it.Very disappointing .

Frozen coke was only half filled which was disappointing. Chicken mcbites was good, crispy but on the saltier side. Toilets straight ahead from the entrance, plenty of cubicles.

Chicken was rubbery, soggy and just awful. Burger was messy and overall not good. Staff scared me and each other.
