Maximum Potential Calisthenics
Very nice and organised training. Dave and Nathan are very detailed and always help me to fix incorrect postures to get more strength and stability. Also the guys encourage you too keep consistency and have scientific knowledge about what they teach.

Maximum Potential Calisthenics
I have training with Dave once a week and could not recommend them highly enough. I have gone from struggling with a few pull ups to being able to comfortable sound several sets of 10 and have certainly improved my upper body strength. Sessions are certainly enjoyable and include a lovely variety of different exercises. I once again recommend Max Potential Calisthenics and recommend anyone interested in functional body strength training to get in touch and start your own journey!

Maximum Potential Calisthenics
I absolutely love training with MPC! I have tried many different gyms and group training programs in the past, but this is the first time I have become a regular and made a long-term commitment. Dave is a very approachable, friendly and knowledgeable trainer who helps to keep me accountable and reach my goals. The training sessions are tailored to my ability level and goals but not only that I have so much fun getting stronger and learning new skills. The MPC community is very supportive and friendly where newcomers are made to feel very welcome. I would highly recommend Dave and Maximum Potential Calisthenics!

During Covid when the gyms were closed I decided to venture into the world of calisthenics. Both Dave and Nathan displayed detailed knowledge on how to build foundational strength, flexibility and technical skills on how to achieve my goals. Maximum Potential Calisthenics
I have been training with Dave 3 times a week since the end of January. It started out as a goal to get stronger for a Spartan competition but he turned into the highlights of my week as I look forward to progressing my strength with a great trainer and an amazing community. I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for strength training!!

Maximum Potential Calisthenics
I've been training with Dave for more than one year and a half. My progress has been great. I went from not being able to do more than 5 chin ups to doing archer pull ups and 35kg weighted pull ups. He knows a lot about calisthenics and fitness in general while also being a great guy. All the classes have a great atmosphere since everyone is friendly. The other trainers are also great. I recommend training with Dave in either Jannali or Observatory Hill if you don't like the gym environment and/or doing weights.

Maximum Potential Calisthenics
I cant recommend these guys enough. I am very new to calisthenics, having picked up Nathan's class in Rosebery earlier this year. Even though I am very much a beginner, you don't feel out of place as their classes really do suit all levels of fitness and skill level. And starting out - I had none.... !Once you know what your goal is - there are many different types of classes to choose from that will help you on your path. Some early morning starts or even afternoon sessions after work. There is something for everyone Mon-Sat.One great benefit of the classes is, you do have the ability to work at your own pace so there is no pressure at all. Do what works best for you at that time - all under the watchful eye of your trainer.Again - its highly recommended. The time to make a start was yesterday.

Great experience with training with Maximum Potential, growing leaps and bounds in strengthening the body and learning some party tricks along the way. Dave genuinely cares about the well being of the team and is incredibly knowledgeable in callisthenics and health and fitness as a whole, and have learnt much from him. The man is a walking encyclopaedia haha.

Maximum Potential Calisthenics
Joined MPC as a fun alternative to the gym and also to improve mobility in my injured knee. Two months in I can again go down stairs without pain and am close to my first pistol squat!!! Dave is a great coach, and nails the balance between keeping each workout challenging without me ever feeling like i'll overdo it or injure myself. I'm impressed with how quickly I've gained strength with his approach.
