Avoid this GJ Franchise. They are look to take too many short cuts and tried to do things on the cheap. You have to spend your whole time watching them and being on them.3 years on and they still haven't fixed items from the original inspection.They even refuse to follow QBCC directions.

I wanted to say a huge thank you and congratulations to Teina Cameron for returning my call 3 weeks ago, which mind you, was just for a paint color inquiry, however his attitude and professionalism impressed us that much that we changed builders to GJ Gardner Jimboomba. In just 3 weeks he has managed to get us a completely new custom plan for our family home to contract stage. Nothing was ever a problem. Calls, texts and emails are always promptly returned. Positive and motivating attitude with tonnes of energy. What he didn't know he found out. What our other builder wouldn't do, he did. Everything is personalised. He has treated us like we are his only clients and not just another number. Our previous builder caused nothing but tears and heartbreak where we are now struggling to contain our excitement for our new home. We have been included in the whole process and can't thank him enough for this opportunity. We feel we have made a new" friend and not just a salesperson who will clock off once the contract is signed. Building a home is such a huge and important decision. The feeling that Teina gives us is that he has our back. Which is a rare but special thing to have with such an important and expensive life investment. Thank you Teina
