Best service experience I’ve had since owning my Golf for the past 5 years. I’ve had quite a few frustrating experiences with servicing my car in the past. This was the total opposite, everyone was very helpful and willing to listen to the queries I had. Sam was a stand out. Highly recommend this team!

Busy time to check-in at 8.30 AM but only 1 person seemed available to check-in... VW car service all good but wondering if car wash voucher is still part of yearly service as part of 5 year service plan?

Service was quick - was prioritised because I waited there for my car. Explained everything clearly.Only downside is I bought my car from Volkswagen when Westpoint Auto owned this VW location, so for some issues like my window tint bubbling, Indooroopilly Volkswagen tell me to contact Westpoint. Wish Indro Volkswagen could handle it for me and chargeback to Westpoint Auto like they did my free car services.

Best customer service since I bought the car 5 years ago.About 2-3 years ago , customer service was so bad that makes me wonder I would ever wanted to buy another VW again even thigh I love the drive of the car.So I’m very happy that the new team take pride at providing excellent customer service .Sam was really helpful , patience and lovely .

Honestly the worst customer service experience!My car was meant to be in there for 2 days max, I was then meant to be getting an update which I am still waiting for after a week.Still have a loan car and no news on my car, have called every day to get an update, but nothing!I think the service is great, the communication on the other hand is pretty horrendous.
